The panel discussed “NAV Calculation Best Practices” including calculating NAV daily vs. monthly, SEC policies and reporting to boards.
The panel was moderated by Steven Lichtenfeld, Partner, Proskauer, with other panelists including Kevin Gannon, Managing Director, Robert A. Stanger & Co., Inc. (both to the left) and Ross Prindle, Managing Director & Global Head, Chicago, Duff & Phelps Real Estate Advisory Group (to the right).
